Dr. Wolfgang Walchner is a lawyer and certified data protection officer (GDDcert EU). He has more than 20 years of practical experience in advising companies on commercial law. In 2012, he had himself certified by DEKRA as a “data protection specialist” in accordance with the BDSG and since then has been increasingly concerned with data protection issues and their implementation in legal advice. In March 2018, he was certified as a data protection officer (TÜV) according to the DSGVO. Since 2018, Dr. Walchner has focused on advising companies on the design of data processing procedures. Dr. Walchner’s practice focuses on companies in the real estate industry.
